To make a full denture, which replaces an entire set of upper and/or lower teeth, or a partial, which replaces several missing teeth on the upper or lower arch, Dr. Silva will make a mold of your gums. Our trusted, American-based laboratory will fabricate your custom denture with lifelike false teeth on a gum-colored base. Your new denture or partial will be adjusted in our office for a comfortable fit, though you might need some time to get used to wearing it. For a dental implant-supported denture, Dr. Silva will work closely with an oral surgeon to plan your case.
